Eligibility

You’re eligible for benefits if:

• You work 18 or more hours per week and are expected to work five or more continuous months or more per year, or
• You are in a first-time agent candidate position.

When you enroll in medical, dental, vision, life, or voluntary AD&D plans, you can also elect coverage for your eligible dependents:

• Spouse or partner, as defined in the plan documents. Note: For domestic partners only, the company-paid portion of the premium is considered imputed income, which means that it is added to your taxable income for the year.
• Children under age 26 (biological, adopted, stepchildren, foster children, wards, or grandchildren under court order)
• Children over age 26 who are unmarried and meet specific criteria for dependency. For specific situations, please see the applicable plan document.

After you enroll dependents, you’ll be required to provide proof of dependent eligibility documentation. Watch your home mailbox for more information in a letter from Dependent Verification Services.
