Think of it as your personalized road map to parenthood (minus the confusing detours).

What’s included

Carrot offers support through every stage of parenthood, from preconception to returning to work.

You and your spouse or domestic partner have unlimited access to specialists ranging from OB-GYNs and endocrinologists to sleep coaches and lactation experts.

Carrot Care Navigators are available 24/7 via chat, video, email, or phone.

Through Carrot, you can be reimbursed for the following covered expenses:

  • Assisted reproductive technology and infertility support: Up to a $25,000 lifetime maximum
  • Adoption and gestational surrogacy: Up to a $25,000 lifetime maximum
  • Postpartum, menopause, and low testosterone care, plus some pregnancy-related expenses: Up to a $5,000 lifetime maximum
